About the Pelvic Floor
The pelvic floor is a critical group of muscles located at the base of the pelvis, supporting the bladder, uterus, and rectum, playing a vital role in both urinary and fecal continence. A well-functioning pelvic floor is important for various bodily functions, including sexual health, core stability, and posture. Poor pelvic floor health can lead to a variety of issues such as incontinence, and pelvic pain, and even impact childbirth recovery. Strengthening these muscles can enhance overall well-being, improve athletic performance, and boost confidence.

our Founder
Hi! I am Sherrie Wallace and I am the owner of Momletics, LLC. I am a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. I became interested in this field when I was pregnant with my first child. I knew there had to be a better way to exercise and feel better during pregnancy. I started my research and found a course by Brianna Battles. After completing the course to gain information for myself, I decided that I wanted to share what I learned because women need to know how their pelvic floor is impacted during pregnancy. So, I began my journey and wanted to reach a lot more women. My goal is to get to know your individual needs and what you want to achieve after birth.
